Sexual Harassment by a student of Iganga High School

Sexual Harassment by a student of Iganga High School

Sexual harassment is a situation where one is forced into sex. Girls are more affected by sexual harassment though it also happens to boys. Sex harassment is done by parents, teachers and sometimes by bosses at the places of work who ask girls and women for sex before employing them which is really a very unpleasant act.

At school, some teachers request sex from students and when students refuse, they hate them even when in class. They harass them by giving them harsh punishments even when they are innocent and at the same time they mark them wrong in tests and exams.

At home, some parents force their own daughters and sons into unwanted sex and when the children refuse, they decide not to pay for them school fees, not to provide them with basic needs and give them corporal punishments.

Partner rape is also possible. Partner rape is when your boyfriend or girlfriend forces you into sex. When you are on a date but are not interested in having sex, don’t accept to go into lonely places, avoiding being in the house alone with your partner, avoid walking in the dark or watching pornographic movies together. Let you partner know that you want him/her to respect your body.
Love in a relationship means that you have to listen and respect each other. Love does not mean that you force your partner to do anything they are not interested in doing.
