My Experience at the 2011 National Student Peer Educator Workshop by Acen Mercy of Bishop Tarantino College

I am Acen Marcy from Bishop Tarantino College. I was one of the students who attended the National WSWM Student Peer Educator Workshop held on 16th -20th May 2011 at Gayaza High School.

From the activities of the workshop, I learnt how to talk in public, how to counsel my friends and parents and how to create a skit story and script from the webbing.

I learnt that bad morals are not only achieved from bad peer groups but also from parents in case the parents don’t behave well e.g. children from abusive parents are very likely to engage in domestic violence when they get their families.

I also learnt that once one is focused on his or her future dreams, there is nothing impossible to achieve.
