The shyness that I had disappeared.
The friends I did not have find themselves coming.
The advice I did not get is now abundant
The Ignorance I had quitted

My parents who used to labour for me, dead.
My sister gone
My brother going
My friends, future patients

As you look at me gone
My body scaly like the back of a lizard
My body slimed up
Where else.
Clouds closed to me
Sky near, mountains rich sorrows
Valleys deep
Beast bellowing

I am now gone
Where is life
World coming to an end

You will either see a boy or a girl. If you see a boy you are lucky but if you see girl,

She may either accept or refuse. If she refuses you are again lucky but if the girl accepts
Two things will again happen
You may either have sex or not. If you don’t have sex with her you are again lucky but if you have sex with the girl,
Two things will again happen
She may either get pregnant or not. If the girl doesn’t get pregnant you are again lucky but if she gets pregnant,
This time three things will happen
She might drop out of school or die during delivery or the boy may be imprisoned.
To avoid these two things to happen to you.
You need to have self respect.

AIDS, AIDS, AIDS
I am growing stronger everyday
I have killed a number of people
Kids, adults and the youth but am not yet satisfied
I can be got by playing sex with an infected person and
By sharing sharp objects with an infected person
The way of preventing me is by ABC
My worst enemy is Abstinence.
Married couples should be faithful to each other because when they are I dont I infect them.
Some people run away from home by using condoms but I still infect them
Young people if you don’t want me to infect you

I am a dangerous man who is given many names
Some people call me Sirimu, some call me Kamaliza
Others call me Mukenenya, others call me HIV/AIDS
I am dangerous to those who know nothing about WSWM
You call me small but I am strong
I can’t make a quater of an atom thick
I am friendly but deadly
I save youth from the burdens of the world
I smash man like pounded ground nuts,
I change his skin into a rough skin surface
I consume his flesh and I leave him with bones
I teach him a lesson because it’s my mission those who look for me
But he has to remember that I kill
