Dear Counselor, I was wondering if the homosexuals and lesbians are born naturally and if not, how do they end up being like that?

There has been much debate about what causes homosexuality and lesbianism. Is there a gay gene? Is homosexuality caused by environmental factors, such as upbringing, child molestation, an absent mother or affectionate father? Or is it something we’re born with, an inherited trait, like skin or hair color? Despite social science and biological research, it is still not known what causes someone to be gay, lesbian, bisexual or straight. Scientists and social scientists will no doubt continue to study the causes of homosexuality in both animals and humans. However it is clear that such practices in schools come as a result of association.

Dear Counselor, I hear about masturbation. What is the meaning of masturbation? Explain for me please.

Masturbation is manipulation of one’s sex/private organs to derive sexual pleasure. The boys stimulate sex pleasure by playing with their penis until they achieve ejaculation and for the girls, they use objects like sex toys, fingers, test tubes and bananas to get pleasure. Whereas it is a safe sex practice, it is associated with addiction; it is antichristian, can lead to injuries, lowers one’s esteem and can lead to other infections like STIs and HIV when those injuries are exposed to HIV infected fluids.
