Yes, you may get pregnant when you have sexual intercourse while sitting or standing. A girl could get pregnant if she had unprotected sex or used a condom the wrong way. Sex intercourse itself has many different styles that through all of them, a girl could get pregnant.
Whichever position you use during sexual intercourse sperms move into the lady’s reproductive system by swimming through the fluids, being attracted into her body by warmth and other chemical substance produced by the female egg itself. Sperms don’t obey the law of gravity like some people think.
Should there be a union of a sperm cell and the female ovum in the uterus, pregnancy could take place. So, never be fooled by a position of sex!
