Dear Counselor, what should someone do to gain his /her confidence when talking in public without shaking?

Speech is one of the strongest weapons that one can have. Being confident depends on how much you believe in yourself. However, enough preparation is one key ingredient to public speaking. Where you can’t write the whole speech down, write key points on a small paper and how they will follow each other. This will help you to be organized and systematic.  Be audible enough to avoid bullying by the audience. Avoid distractions to your speech like telling your audience that their questions shall be addressed at the end. Be precise and use simple language. Where you feel some discomfort, take a glass of lemon juice! You can as well read about public speaking. Feel that you are doing the best you can!
