Drug Abuse

This generation
Sometimes I wonder at the rot
The entire nation
One may ponder as I wonder
Here is the answer
Are you ready?
Hope you don’t get cancer
Because of my answer

Drugs, drugs, drugs
Destroy our nation
Everywhere you go
Drug abuse is on the high
Be it urban areas
Be it rural areas
The catastrophe is the same
Marijuana, cannabis, opium
The consumption is the same
Majorly by the youth

It pains my heart to
See a whole future generation
Destroying its self
So slowly and un surely
In schools
Our children are not spared
They get the habit
Often so early
And in the process
Get inveigled and dongles

In the world of drug
So parents and teacher  alike
Let’s take an effort
Fight this dangerous monster
Called drugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
